Haringey Irish Pensioners
We are a social voluntary organisation working towards alleviating loneliness and improving the quality of life of Irish pensioners. This group has been running for the past 10 years.
Source of Funding
The organisation is funded through The Emigrant Support Programme, The Ireland Fund Of Great Britain, life memberships and raffles that are held throughout the year.
We keep strict financial accounts and produce progress reports for the Irish Embassy. Both Emigrant Support Programme and The Ireland Fund Of Great Britain have expressed their appreciation for the wonderful voluntary work that we are doing.

OUR GENERATION
You came from a time of faith, hope and duty
with hearts full of gold, a great Celtic beauty.
You’re the salt of the earth, a people set apart
the gracious of folk with a fun loving spark.
A lifetime you worked, strived for big and small
You’re ‘our people’ so kind sure you outshine them all.
